A Lunch with Julia Busuttil Nishimura

 
 

On Sunday 27 October, we welcomed Melbourne food writer and cook, Julia Busuttil Nishimura for a long lunch  to celebrate the publication of her latest cookbook, Good Cooking Every Day. It's a book filled with comforting seasonal recipes that are guaranteed to elevate any time spent in the kitchen. 

We admire Julia so much — her championing of local farms and quality produce to create wonderfully delicious food memories is something dear to all of us at Cumulus Inc. 

Especially for this lunch, Julia put together a four-course menu of recipes exclusively from  Good Cooking Every Day. She joined us tableside for a Q&A , sharing stories and answering questions about her cooking and this book.
