Twelve Wines of Christmas

As the calendar turns to December, our wine team are extended our by-the-glass program with the 12 Wines of Christmas. This was our head sommelier, Chris Webb, third year of championing this particularly festive tradition.  His selection represented the wines from our cellar that are aged, limited in production or simply an incredible vintage we've been waiting patiently to enjoy.

This year, we explored iconic Australian producers such as Mount Mary or indulged in immensely rare Eiswein from Dr. Hermann in Germany's Mosel Valley. We discovered differing terroirs of Pinot Noir on both sides of the Tasman through the lens of By Farr of Geelong and Felton Road from Central Otago. Or took the rare opportunity to contemplate mature Nebbiolo from Produttori del Barbaresco with their 2000 Pora Riserva.

Thank you for experiencing a whole world of wine with us.
