A Dinner with Danielle Alvarez

Sydney-based Danielle Alvarez is a chef we've long admired.  She worked at California's The French Laundry as well as Chez Panisse before opening Fred's in Paddington. Her cooking and recipes are delicious, utterly moreish and founded in the changing seasons. And we (of course) appreciate her love for the zing of lemon. 

On November 14th Danielle joined us upstairs at Cumulus Inc. to celebrate the launch of her new cookbook, Recipes for a Lifetime of Beautiful Cooking.

She cooked a seasonal shared four-course menu filled with dishes from the book and spoke about her journey from earlier days in her career to launching her second cookbook.
