For 70 years, MIFF has been one of our city's most beloved festivals. Bringing stories from near and far to screens around our city to rejoice in, learn from and be inspired by. This year, MIFF is making its grand return to cinema after two years of online screenings.
To celebrate, we're excited to present a one-night-only event exploring the synergy of film and food.
Tickets give guests access to a special screening of Blaze, followed by dinner at Cumulus Inc. Upstairs inspired by this remarkable story.
Blaze is an acclaimed Australian film about a young girl who manifests a dragon that becomes her fiercest friend and protector. The film is followed by a Q&A with double Archibald Prize-winning director Del Kathryn Barton, cast member Julia Savage and producer Sam Jennings.
